Requirements
- Strategic Client Engagement and Consultative Selling: Develop deep client relationships within specific customer profiles by understanding their needs and using solutions-based sales techniques to meet those needs effectively.
- Continuous Learning and Product Line Expertise: Remain updated on the latest developments in Quench's product line, while cultivating specific expertise to transform in-depth product knowledge into tangible client benefits and effective sales solutions.
- Revenue Growth and Sales Techniques: Effectively articulate complex product details to new prospects and current customers, tailoring communication to meet specific needs, and employing proactive outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Performance Tracking and Sales Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales records within the CRM to facilitate thorough performance analysis. Use these records to assess sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform future sales strategies.
- Collaborative Approach with Internal Teams: Partner with market research and strategy teams, providing valuable frontline insights to support aligned sales and marketing strategies.
- Feedback for Market Research and Analysis: Gather customer feedback and communicate market trends to the market research and strategy teams to help refine market research, product development, and sales enablement strategies.
- Market-Driven Sales Application: Apply insights from internal market research and strategy teams, supplemented by first-hand customer feedback and market observations, to identify and target business opportunities. Use this combined knowledge for strategic sales planning in specific markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, strongly emphasizing consultative selling and client relationship management.
- Proven ability in learning and mastering complex products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting solutions and gathering market insights.
- Solid track record in sales-driven client account management, focusing on understanding and responding to market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
