We are looking for an SDR Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This role will focus on assisting with SDR processes, supporting key SDR tools and AI initiatives, and helping ensure operational efficiency across inbound and outbound functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about sales operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with SDR managers in all regions, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations.


Responsibilities
  • Support the use and maintenance of sales tools (e.g., Salesloft, CRM systems, AI tools, gamification and prospecting platforms).
  • Assist with the implementation and launch of new SDR tools including AI agents
  • Help manage the collection of SDR activity data
  • Support in pulling SDR performance reports and dashboards under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in implementing and testing automation or AI features in SDR tools.
  • Assist with daily SDR operations, including lead follow-up workflows and prospecting process documentation.
  • Help maintain and update SDR processes, templates, playbooks, and trainings to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Work with SDR managers to collect feedback and support training initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Ops to ensure smooth lead handoff and routing.
  • Assist in onboarding and enablement for new SDR team members by preparing tool access and documentation

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, SDR/BDR, sales support, or revenue operations role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach)
  • High interest in AI-driven tools and sales technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and improve operational processes.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
