- Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually.
- Schedule: 5 days a week including weekends with 2 rotating days off.
- Rotating work shifts: 9am-6pm and 10am-8pm

What You'll Do
- Build customer relationships.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting features, benefits, and value.
- Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM while achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What You'll Bring
- 2 plus years of automotive sales experience.
- CDK/ADP experience.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
