What You'll Do

  • Build customer relationships.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting features, benefits, and value.
  • Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM while achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

What You'll Bring

  • 2 plus years of automotive sales experience.
  • CDK/ADP experience.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
