Key Responsibilities:

Prebill Management:

Create and maintain prebills for Operations (OP) to utilize in revenue calculations.

This includes managing documents that house base amounts, optional amounts, carpet stewardship rates (CA), participation & builder option fee rates, and formulas for calculating base spread to match to installed trades.

Price Change Coordination:

Review the Community Info Sheet weekly for any pricing changes approved by the builders.

Coordinate with Contract Administration and Sales to obtain revised contracts.

Revise master prebills and audit processed lots affected by price changes.

Update revenue in SAP accordingly.

Processing and Billing:

Assign Processing Status to release billing or identify the need for revised Purchase Orders (POs).

Collaborate with the Sales Operations Analyst to obtain revised POs.

Submit and process billing corrections and handle billing issues, including reviewing and revising lots rejected by Billing.

Lot Cost Sheets and Models:

Create lot cost sheets for required builders.

Prepare prebills, stage revenue, and assign WBS processing status for models.

Review and sign DocuSign POs for upgrades under the guidance of management.
 

Builder Communication:

Submit PO issues to the builder through online portals or Excel spreadsheets.

Follow up with builders to resolve questions and errors and escalate problematic lots to Sales when necessary.

Revenue and Margin Analysis:

Perform revenue and gross margin analysis two days prior to the first installation date to ensure no changes have occurred.

Release lots to the automated billing process, confirming and setting correct WBS processing statuses and releasing sales order billing blocks.
 

General Support:

Review and perform audits on lots in poor margin status to ensure there are no revenue issues.

Undertake additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the overall revenue operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with revenue management, billing processes, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in the homebuilding or construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites as required.
 

Pay range : $20-$24 per hour
