The Role
Candex is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our expanding sales team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our sales processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You'll lead new projects and work closely with the VP of Sales and teams in marketing and finance to ensure alignment and drive performance. This position is based on the East Coast, US.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and optimize the sales tech stack, including zoho CRM, sales automation tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with finance to manage sales incentives, commission plans, and sales budgeting.
- Manage other ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM systems and sales automation tools.
