Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Sales Order Allocation & Fulfillment functions for the Asia Pacific and Latin America business. This role is a key member of the regional leadership team; your analytical skills and insights will optimize our supply and ensure on-time fulfillment for our customers.

This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager-APLA and is based out of our Irvine, CA location.

As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Act as the primary business interface between the Sales Operations & Distributors, including our distribution centers in California, Singapore, and Vendor locations.
  • Manage automated Allocation and Delivery creation jobs in SAP and partner with IT on job scheduling and optimization; maintain customer master and sales order allocation priority logic in SAP
  • Support manual delivery creation (force logs) for exceptions outside of automated logic
  • Build strong relationships with marketing teams to understand product release strategy to time the appropriate release of products with our go-to-market strategy
  • Provide weekly outbound delivery forecasts (Units/$) to help our distribution centers plan short term and long-term labor requirements; alert the leadership team to shipping delays and processing expectations
  • Partner with supply chain team to track vendor PO updates and coordinate backorder rescheduling as required
  • Collaborate with global supply chain teams to manage quality process and alert Customer Success teams of inventory issues, shortages, or PO overages
  • Partner with Demand Planning teams to perform material master maintenance and reject “dropped” and “oversold” items after each buy; regularly audit material master status and purchase req status
  • Coordinate stock transfer request approvals between distribution centers
  • Monitor sync of products between WMS with ERP (Highjump > SAP) and partner with supply chain and distribution teams to properly adjust stock when necessary
  • Closely monitor all drop ship and cross-dock POs to ensure on time delivery and timely invoicing according to revenue recognition guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional support to surprise and delight our customers with every engagement
  • Other duties and administrative tasks as required

You have:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Allocation & Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, or similar operations experience is required
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook with strong interpersonal skills required
  • Working knowledge of SAP Allocation and Delivery Functions is required

You might have:

  • Spanish Speaking is a plus
  • Experience within the MX, Bike and Action Sports Lifestyle Industry is a plus

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,500.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
