How you’ll make an impact: 

The Sales Operations Associate will serve as a critical partner to our sales team, ensuring they have the insights, tools, and processes needed to drive growth and efficiency. This role blends data-driven analysis with operational ownership—helping to shape pricing strategies, strengthen reporting and forecasting, and maintain the integrity of key sales systems. You’ll also act as a champion for process improvement and automation, while equipping our teams with the sales intelligence and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you will: 

  • Develop and audit renewal pricebooks to ensure accuracy and alignment with pricing strategy 
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI packages to track sales and renewal performance 
  • Analyze data trends to forecast pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes 
  • Lead sales intelligence tools implementation, training, and ongoing enablement 
  • Streamline workflows by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation 
  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy by managing data integrity for growth-related fields 
  • Support pricing operations through upkeep and optimization of sales pricing tools 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated experience with data analysis, forecasting, and building reports to support business decisions. 
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce (required); familiarity with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). 
  • Experience with sales intelligence tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and Definitive Healthcare, including implementation, configuration, and user enablement. 
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement and automation in sales operations. 
  • Strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and quality control across pricing, reporting, and forecasting. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support sales team members on tools and processes. 
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration. 

Estimated Salary Range: $64,000-75,000
Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
