What You'll Do
- Support the Sales Operations team with day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Update CRM systems with accurate sales data and documentation when requested
- Assist in preparing recurring reports and team deliverables, while also responding to ad hoc requests and operational tasks as they arise.
- Help manage and organize sales enablement/operations tools and shared resources.
What You'll Need
- Associate degree/ Bachelor Degree preferred or related work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven role
- Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate through various software systems
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel; V-lookups, Pivots Tables
