Real Chemistry is looking for a Sales Operations Associate Director to join our growing team!  

As a Sales Operations Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed strategies that fuel growth and efficiency across our organization. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, you will independently develop and deliver high-impact insights, reports, decks, and dashboards that inform critical decisions at the executive level. You will ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams and support account teams with actionable recommendations to optimize performance and accelerate revenue growth. Your leadership and executive presence will be essential as you collaborate closely with senior leadership, C-level executives, and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, Integration, and Business Analytics. 

This position can be remote in the US or Canada.

What you’ll do: 

  • Deliver Actional Insights: Lead the creation and delivery of actionable sales performance insights, reports, and dashboards—including building monthly executive materials—to empower decision-making and fuel organizational growth. 
  • Streamline sales processes: Collaborate with account teams to streamline workflows, identify process enhancements, and provide data-driven recommendations that accelerate pipeline, bookings, revenue and optimize performance. 
  • Advise executive leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, C-suite executives, and external stakeholders, developing materials and communicating findings and recommendations with clarity, confidence, and executive presence. 
  • Identify trends and opportunities: Champion continuous improvement by proactively uncovering trends, risks, and opportunities within sales data, and implementing solutions that drive measurable business impact. 
  • Execute cross-functional initiatives: Ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams by partnering with cross-functional teams and upholding the highest standards of quality.

What you should have:  

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, banking, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data analysis and business intelligence tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or similar) to drive actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering results across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams. 
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and confidently to C-level executives. 
  • PR, communications, advertising, or agency experience a plus.  

Pay Range: $170,000 - $200,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply.
