About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This individual will be a go-to-business partner in supporting and building out an exciting new coalescence of go to market motions within our growing Alliances organization. This role will be responsible for building new processes, developing, analyzing, & delivering insights, managing and tracking pipeline, forecasting the business, creating and supporting dashboards to help sales leaders drive their business, and much more. What You'll Do:

  • Help build and run CrowdStrike’s Go-Forward Sales Operations Strategy

  • Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive models that will help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, deliver visibility and predictability, maximize customer success and optimize monetization.

  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based on trends, seasonal variance, etc.

  • Forecast Net New business and Renewals

  • Standardize process across various GTM teams

  • Partner with leaders to help them run their business

  • Help Monitor & Optimize Sales Performance across the organization:

  • Identify effectiveness of teams by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans & forecasts.

  • Proactively identify problem areas, diagnose and work with Sr. leadership to correct issues.

  • Passionate about data integrity and the value of accurate metrics.

  • Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Alliances Organization - ‘If it isn’t measured, it doesn’t matter’

  • Translate business objectives into actionable analysis - telling stories with data

  • Tie quotas for business segments back to pipeline needed, back to activity needed to generate pipeline

  • Build, maintain & automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting using next-gen tools.

  • Ad hoc reporting & analysis

  • Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and “roll with the punches”, as each day can offer new and exciting challenges to solve

  • Experience working closely with others and independently.

  • Evaluate new & existing tools to determine ROI & help get the most value from our tech investments.

  • Assist in pipeline generation management and pipeline hygiene

  • Assist in creation of territories, capacity modeling and quota setting

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field.

  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security

  • ~3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, Finance or Strategy function.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com required.

  • MS Excel/Google Sheets power user.

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
