Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative individual to join our growing wholesale parts sales team. This role is designed for a proactive individual looking to kickstart their career by driving part sales while creating brand awareness. You will be responsible for designing, producing, and managing marketing materials, tracking performance metrics, and assisting in the identification of new sales opportunities through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create Promotional Marketing Materials

· Design and produce promotional flyers, brochures, and email marketing using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

· Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with company messaging.

· Maintain consistency across company websites and internal collateral as needed.

2. Project Management

· Act as the project liaison in the development and implementation of Hyundai wholesale part sales initiative strong Excel skills.

· Coordinate with internal sales teams, external vendors, to ensure that all projects are completed and distributed to all appropriate personnel.

3. Sales Support

· Support the sales team with up-to-date reports that tell a story of the results and future opportunities in PowerPoint presentations.

· Research and respond to all dealer and field inquiries. Proactively identifies and responds to program concerns.

4. Data Analysis, Reporting (Excel Focus) & Opportunity Mapping

· Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales results and calculate ROI.

· Map and segment data to assist in targeted growth strategies.

· Analyze sales data to identify, map, and prioritize new sales opportunities.

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, sales, or related field

· Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organized with the ability to manage many projects at once

· Strong analytical, financial, or pricing skills preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXI, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65k to $76k based on current experience.
