Senior Director, Sales FP&A
What You Will Be DoingThe ideal candidate will deliver financial modeling, analysis, and analytical support for sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires partnering with global sales finance teams and preparing consolidated actual vs forecast reporting for billings, expenses, headcount, and other key topline KPIs.

• Partner with global sales finance teams and prepare consolidated actual vs forecast reporting for billings, expenses, headcount, and other key topline KPIs
• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly sales forecast and support ad hoc sales requests
• Prepare weekly product sales demand plan for use by operations
• Perform monthly financial close activities; conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecast, providing actionable insights
• Develop and automate advanced financial dashboards and KPI tracking systems
• Perform complex financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
• Generate actionable insights from financial data to guide business strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in sales and marketing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience with CRM systems and financial dashboards
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing FP&A

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $85,000 to $180,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
