We’re looking for a Sales Manager in the Los Angeles Region of the US to lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive market penetration, uphold company standards, and ensure team effectiveness through strategic leadership, talent development, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

  • Base Pay Range - $160-185K /Year

What you’ll do:

  • You will be based out of Los Angeles or in its neighboring areas
  • Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance
  • Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales
  • Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market
  • Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance
  • Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process
  • Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing.
  • Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions (staffing levels, hiring, termination, promotion, salary administration, etc.) in consultation with Sector Leader and the VP of Sales
  • Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action
  • Execute specific plans developed to drive market penetration
  • Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace
  • Compose monthly Communication Report.

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • 8-10 years of direct business to business sales management experience
  • Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of different sectors (Utilities, manufacturing, Building services and construction)
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and Analytical
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
