As a Sales Manager – Territory, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving strategic growth across your assigned market. You’ll provide coaching, direction, and accountability while executing sales strategies that generate new business and expand client relationships. At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $159,600 – $207,400. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $320,000 or more for high achievers. What you’ll do:
Sales managers are expected to lead from the front—supporting their teams in the field while driving strategy and execution from the office.
Lead and Develop Your Team: Coach, mentor, and guide sales professionals to improve performance, build skills, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Drive Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and meet revenue objectives.
Manage Key Client Relationships: Support complex customer engagements, provide consultative leadership, and participate in critical negotiations to ensure client satisfaction.
Optimize Territory Performance: Assign and manage sales territories and resources to maximize coverage, productivity, and opportunity capture.
Oversee Sales Operations: Monitor performance metrics, enforce accountability, and guide hiring, development, and performance management decisions.
What you’ll need:
Sales Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
Strategic Selling Skills: Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market.
Relationship Management Expertise: Ability to build, maintain, and influence key customer relationships.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and resolve complex challenges.

What you’ll bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally in business-to-business environments.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales operations, products, and market dynamics within telecommunications or technology.
Leadership Impact: Experience making decisions related to hiring, performance management, and team development.
Proven Results: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, quota-driven environment.
