Job Description:

Sales Manager – eBOS Products

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle for eBOS (electrical Balance of System) products, from lead generation through deal closure

  • Coordinate the creation of proposals and pricing quotes tailored to eBOS offerings

  • Drive bid strategy and deal structuring with a focus on competitive differentiation and customer value

  • Track and manage all eBOS sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.com CRM systems

  • Maintain and optimize CRM reporting, workflows, and data integrity specific to the eBOS portfolio

  • Develop and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership

  • Build and maintain pricing models and financial tools that ensure positive contribution margins across all eBOS deals

  • Collaborate with the Global Sales and Business Development teams to identify market opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies for eBOS

  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Marketing to align messaging, feature development, and positioning for eBOS solutions

  • Partner with Customer Care to deliver exceptional post-sale support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction specific to eBOS customers

  • Standardize and continuously improve proposal templates, sales presentations, and other tools specific to the eBOS product line

  • Collaborate with engineering, cost accounting, logistics, and customer applications teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementation of eBOS systems

  • Analyze historical and real-time sales data to identify key market segments, buyer behaviors, win/loss insights, and product positioning for eBOS

  • Provide support to the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Analysis Manager on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects related to eBOS sales

  • Travel up to 20% is expected to support customer meetings, trade shows, site visits, and strategic partner engagement

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • BS/BA in business, engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or business development, ideally in the solar or renewable energy sector

  • Specific experience or deep understanding of eBOS products and systems (cabling, combiners, disconnects, transformers, protection systems, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and advanced Excel-based financial modeling

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences

  • Highly analytical with a track record of driving data-based decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments to drive results

  • Passion for clean energy and technology-driven solutions

  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 20% of the time

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is 120,000.00 to 140,000.00 plus a commission structure based on commission calculation, such as percentage of sales or specific metrics.
