Job Responsibilities :

The Sales Manager of e-commerce works directly with Amazon and other E-Commerce partners. This position is focused on growing our product lines to include Video Gaming Accessories, Mobile Gaming, and Streaming. This role is responsible for working with the marketing team to drive and evolve the online shopping experience on all store platforms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the region’s gaming peripherals targets, and direct responsibility for specific strategic product lines.

  • Serve as the main point of contact and owner of all engagements at e-commerce accounts including Amazon - responsible for driving revenue, share, and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive gaming peripherals KPIs for the region, including revenue, profit and loss, channel inventory, and market share street pricing.

  • Plan and execute impactful product launches in the channel as well as efficient end-of-life and rollover transitions.

  • Mastermind and implement promotion plans and strategies with the channel, based on sales and market data analysis.

  • Establish a rolling sales plan to meet and exceed overall business and sales goals, leveraging market opportunities, learning from past sales results, taking advantage of all available resources, reviewing progress, and adjusting as needed.

  • Integrate with the full cross-category account teams to present a single Razer approach to the channel partner as well as the global gaming peripherals business unit ensuring flawless execution of their strategy.

  • Establish effective relationships with key buyers and their management based on category expertise, strategic account planning, and an infectious passion for gaming and the Razer brand.

  • Identify and provide insights on channel, competitor, and market trends.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 8+ years of account management and sales leadership experience or a combination of sales and marketing experience in consumer technology/entertainment categories.

  • Must have experience managing Amazon accounts including VC, AVN, and NPI's.

  • Direct Amazon 1P experience required (non-3P/non-marketplace)

  • Experience with the Amazon Advertising platform is preferred.

  • Earned consistent accolades from channel buyers for proactiveness, business approach, thought leadership, collaborative style, and growth.

  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills with both internal and external parties.

  • An established record of meeting or exceeding goals, establishing deep and valuable channel relationships, and representing the brand positively.

  • Excellent analytical skills with loads of examples of great decisions and processes of management impacts.

  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

  • Outstanding teamwork, and organizational interpersonal problem-solving skills.

  • Passionate, ambitious, self-starter, enterprising

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$74,900.00 - $130,000.00
