This role is US based.

What You'll Do
  • Own ARR growth, renewals, and usage commitment delivery.

  • Build a pipeline that matches or exceeds quarterly targets.

  • Lead new logo acquisition across logistics, mobility, telco, retail, ecommerce, and business intelligence.

  • Strengthen relationships with AWS to increase inbound and marketplace sales.

  • Improve expansion across existing customers, driving adoption of Maps, Search, Navigation, Movement, and Atlas.

  • Run weekly deal inspection, forecast reviews, and account planning.

  • Improve SFDC accuracy and raise operational discipline across the team.

  • Hire, coach, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers.

  • Partner with Product to align on market signals and shape the roadmap.

  • Work with TPM and SA teams to reduce cycle times and improve customer value.

  • Lead commercial modelling and pricing discussions alongside your team.

What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role
  •  6+ years experience leading sales teams that exceed targets in complex enterprise software.

  • Strong background in location technology or adjacent fields.

  • Proven record selling to product and engineering leaders.

  • Experience with multi-threaded enterprise cycles. Competitive motions against Google, HERE, and ESRI is desirable.

  • Strong grasp of usage-based pricing, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.

  • Ability to build and scale a hunter culture with clear execution standards.

  • Clear communicator who lifts team performance through coaching and accountability.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.

  • Curious, constantly learning, and adaptable. Excited by the complex and changing nature of Mapbox. You also believe sales is evolving, and you’re determined to bring Mapbox to the cutting edge

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $340,000 - $460,000 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
