About the Role:    

As a Client Development Representative, you’ll develop new prospects through lead generation and will help grow the business. This is a new role within the business, so you’ll have the opportunity to make it your own and identify areas of emphasis that have the largest impact on our business.

In this role, you will: 

  • lead in developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase opportunities.
  • be familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures related to the business. 
  • regularly participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • stay current with trends and competitors in the market.
  • collect and analyze customer data to determine a potential qualified lead.
  • determine and manage evaluation criteria for potential leads.
  • coordinate qualified leads with sales team to drive success.
  • sell consulting services to new customers.
  • document activity within CRM.
