DNAM Brands owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. As we continue to grow our wholesale business, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Executive to support our sales team and help drive growth across key retail accounts.

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing wholesale accounts and day-to-day operations
- Assist with purchase order entry, order tracking, and account maintenance
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, inventory availability, and general inquiries
- Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and account recaps using Excel and Google Sheets
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist in preparing line sheets, product presentations, and sales materials
- Support market appointments, trade shows, and customer meetings when needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues to the sales team
- Follow up with customers on outstanding orders, samples, and requests
- Help identify opportunities to support account growth and improve customer relationships
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, account management, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, customer-focused mindset
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Interest in fashion, apparel, and wholesale sales
