Act as the technical lead for field sales, manage evaluations, deliver on-site and remote demos, prepare SOWs/RFIs/RFPs, respond to security questionnaires, train sales teams, and support sales across U.S. and Canada while maintaining client relationships and achieving technical sales targets.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to help bring this vision to life by bridging the gap between advanced technology and real-world clinical value.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for the field sales team, acting as a key technical advisor and product advocate throughout the sales process.
- Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage, ensuring all customer requirements are identified and addressed.
- Participate in on-site and remote client meetings to assess needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, both on-site and remote, that showcase the platform's clinical and technical value to prospective customers.
- Develop, complete, and update Statements of Work, solution configurations, and technical proposals to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
- Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs and vendor security questionnaires, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convey market and technical requirements to Product and Solutions Management.
- Provide technical training and guidance to the sales organization on the company’s product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned technical sales targets across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare IT technical sales or sales support experience; background in installations, migrations, systems integration, or operations is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding of IT services (managed security, cloud computing, virtualization, asset tracking, AI, hosted IP, networking, and telecommunications).
- Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to find creative, pragmatic solutions.
- Collaborative, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a results-driven work ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada up to 50% of the time.
