Own post-go-live relationships for enterprise radiology IT customers, driving adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and account growth. Develop success plans, monitor account health, lead business reviews, coordinate support and technical escalations, communicate product updates, gather feedback, and identify expansion opportunities. Build trusted relationships with radiologists, health system leaders, and IT teams while maintaining account documentation and health scores.

Train radiology customers on Fluency for Imaging through live and virtual classrooms, create and maintain training materials, assess learner understanding, and support implementation programs before and after go-live. Collaborate with customers and project teams to meet learning objectives, gather feedback, and improve training outcomes. The role is fully remote but requires travel across the U.S. and Canada up to 75% of the time.

Sell radiology IT solutions by building strategic account plans, managing long technical sales cycles, maintaining a 3-5× quota pipeline, forecasting in Salesforce, partnering with marketing/inside sales, and representing the company at industry conferences.
