Job Purpose:

The Sales Enablement specialist is part of the sales enablement team. This role develops, manages and helps optimize a centralized Sales content management system that delivers relevant content in collaboration with the content consultant to support specific sales roles at key inflection points in their buyers’ journeys. The specialist collaborates closely with sales, operations, marketing, channel partners, product, sales learning, and content developers. This collaboration maintains the alignment of resources and activities critical to the curation of content supporting sales effectiveness by the management of governance rules and practices.

This position requires independent judgment which is critical in driving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the system through continual user and functional enhancements, user training and feedback, success metrics, ongoing analysis, and the introduction of new requirements as necessary – which in turn, will help contribute to achieving our enterprise objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • User Management - Licensing, user support, job aids, develop user training materials, deliver training/onboarding
  • Optimize site structure, navigations, design – including be current on current features and functionality to optimizer user experience
  • Maintain governance of system and content through naming conventions, tagging, and curation policies
  • Support integration of Sales content system with appropriate sales systems (e.g., sales force automation, etc) to increase sales effectiveness and improve metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales tech enablement, sales and marketing capabilities and IT to optimize system configuration – including when new capabilities as needed.
  • Help drive ongoing roadmap development for system enhancements.in conjunction and alignment with key business objectives and other tech capabilities.
  • Create and standardize different role specific utilization reports for both users and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor system use, identify opportunities for improvement, and educate and provide best practices to users and content publishers so that they can leverage the system to its fullest potential.
  • Under manager supervision support Vendor Management activities such as participating in regular vendor business reviews and managing invoicing

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Sales/marketing Content management systems developing/managing/optimizing content repository systems including creating and generating reports and analytics to determine use and adoption of system.
  • Bachelor’s Degree - digital, marketing, communications, business, or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in generating reports and insights to support system optimization and improvement.
  • Ability to create training documentation and processes
  • Ability to independently plan and execute multiple projects for on-time project delivery
  • Some level of critical thinking skills is needed to look at current and future requirements based on company strategic objectives.
  • Strong Understanding of sales process/methodologies that cross multiple sales segments, customer segments, B2B channels and a breadth of product lines preferred.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and navigate key internal business partners using key metrics and be the voice of sales for additional marketing and other type of support.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills capable of producing training documentation, with the ability to influence critical stakeholders and build consensus
  • Ability to work and succeed in a matrix and team environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales Enablement Technology Experience with (Seismic)

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $122,300.00
