The Yahoo DSP Go-to-Market team is responsible for helping our Sales and Client Solutions organizations show up with consistency, confidence, and clarity in the market. We create the programs, training, tools, and narratives that help teams understand Yahoo DSP’s advertising solutions, communicate our value proposition, and drive stronger outcomes for clients.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Go-to-Market Strategy, you will support the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs for Yahoo DSP. This role will work closely with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Marketing to ensure teams have the right knowledge, materials, and messaging to succeed.

Success in this role requires DSP fluency, excellent communication and presentation skills, comfort leading trainings for internal and external audiences, and the ability to operate in an evolving environment where the playbook is still being built. • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Solutions, and Strategy to translate product updates and roadmap priorities into clear enablement content.

  • Help shape Yahoo DSP messaging by vertical, client type, and use case so teams can tell a consistent and compelling story in market.

  • Serve as a DSP resource for internal teams, helping them understand platform capabilities, workflows, product updates, AI-enhanced solutions, and client-facing value propositions.

  • Organize and distribute enablement materials through relevant systems and tools, and track adoption, certification, and training success metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into enablement workflows, training experiences, and go-to-market processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and team readiness.

A Lot About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, client enablement, product marketing, sales training, client solutions, ad tech, or a related field.

  • Strong working knowledge of DSPs, programmatic advertising, and the digital advertising ecosystem; Yahoo DSP experience is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable presenting to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders in both virtual and in-person settings.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder needs.

  • Self-starter who is comfortable building structure, solving problems, and moving work forward with limited direction.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working across Sales, Client Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams.

  • Curious about emerging AI tools and workflows, with an interest in applying AI to improve enablement, training, communication, and operational efficiency.

  • Remote role and open to travel for key client, team, or training moments preferred.

The material job duties and responsibilities of this role include those listed above as well as adhering to Yahoo policies; exercising sound judgment; working effectively, safely and inclusively with others; exhibiting trustworthiness and meeting expectations; and safeguarding business operations and brand integrity.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
