Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist will assist in the execution of sales enablement programs for various sales teams across the organization. Globally, this individual will manage tactical elements for sales training, product education, sales onboarding, and sales certification programs that drive elite sales performance within the sales organization.

  • Remote in the United States 

What you’ll do  

  • Updating and supporting sales onboarding programs, including design, content creation for both e-learning and live trainings, and overall measurements to track program success   
  • Design and create e-learning courses, videos, and knowledge checks for onboarding programs and other projects as needed  
  • Assist with the tracking of key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to sales enablement efforts to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact on sales productivity and performance  
  • Manage annual and monthly training calendars, manage registrations, monitor output, collect feedback, and send follow ups  
  • Partner with enablement managers in identifying and prioritizing requests across learning, content and other areas supported by enablement  
  • Support the administration and maintenance of sales enablement tools including content and asset management 
  • Assist with special projects to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related experience in sales or marketing  
  • LMS or instructional design experience preferred  
  • Content Management System experience preferred 
  • Creativity and strong problem-solving ability  
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Bachelor’s degree required
