About Commvault

Commvault (NASDAQ: CVLT) is the gold standard in cyber resilience. The company empowers customers to uncover, take action, and rapidly recover from cyberattacks – keeping data safe and businesses resilient. The company’s unique AI-powered platform combines best-in-class data protection, exceptional data security, advanced data intelligence, and lightning-fast recovery across any workload or cloud at the lowest TCO. For over 25 years, more than 100,000 organizations and a vast partner ecosystem have relied on Commvault to reduce risks, improve governance, and do more with data.

The Enablement Tools & Platform Specialist owns the administration, adoption, and enablement of Commvault's core enablement technology stack; primarily Docebo (LMS) and Highspot (sales content and readiness platform). This role sits at the intersection of technology, learning design, and field productivity. You will ensure our enablement platforms are configured, maintained, and leveraged to their full potential, while building the training, content, and programs that drive adoption across the global field team.

This is not a passive admin role. The ideal candidate is a builder, someone who thinks strategically about how technology enables learning and seller behavior, can design and create platform-native content, and partners closely with enablement leaders, sales, marketing, and IT to make our tools work harder for the field.

Position Responsibilities:

Platform Administration — Docebo & Highspot
•  Serve as the primary enablement administrator for Docebo (LMS) and Highspot, managing system configuration, user provisioning, permissions, integrations, and day-to-day operations
•  Maintain platform health including data integrity, content organization, taxonomy, and governance across both systems
•  Manage integrations between Docebo, Highspot, Salesforce, and other tools in the tech stack (Hyperbound, Chorus, etc.)
•  Configure and maintain Highspot Spots, Plays, and Scorecards in partnership with sales leadership and marketing
•  Monitor platform performance, usage analytics, and system uptime; escalate issues to vendors as needed
•  Manage vendor relationships for Docebo and Highspot, including renewals, license management, and feature roadmap alignment

Enablement Content Creation for Platforms
•  Partner with LXDs (Learning Experience Designers) to build Docebo courses, learning paths, assessments, and certifications
•  Update Highspot content — Plays, Digital Sales Rooms templates, pitch templates, and Guided Selling flows — in collaboration with the broader enablement team

Adoption, Reporting & Measurement
•  Drive adoption of Docebo and Highspot across the global field — tracking utilization metrics, identifying gaps, and building targeted enablement to close them
•  Build and maintain dashboards and reports in both platforms that give leadership visibility into completion rates, engagement, content effectiveness, and seller behavior
•  Develop and present regular reporting cadences (weekly/monthly) to the enablement team and field leadership
•  Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the seller and learner experience within both platforms

Cross-Functional Partnership
•  Serve as the enablement subject matter expert for Docebo and Highspot, advising the enablement team, marketing, and IT on platform capabilities and best practices
•  Collaborate with our marketing teams on Highspot content governance — ensuring the right assets are findable, current, and field-ready
•  Support the rollout of new GTM tools and integrations, providing enablement and change management content to drive adoption
•  Participate in platform roadmap discussions and advocate for field needs in vendor conversations
•  Ensure all platform enablement is globally accessible and accounts for regional nuances in language, format, and delivery preference

Position Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•  2+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or revenue operations; with at least 1 year of direct Docebo and/or Highspot administration experience required
•  Hands-on platform expertise in Docebo (LMS), including course building, learning path design, reporting, and integrations
•  Hands-on experience with Highspot, including Spots, Plays, Scorecards, Guided Selling, and Digital Sales Rooms
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Ability to travel up to 10%

What will make you stand out:
•  Experience with Salesforce CRM and the ability to connect enablement data to sales performance metrics
•  Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them within a platform-constrained environment
•  Analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards that tell a clear story about program impact
•  Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines
•  Experience with adjacent tools: Chorus (conversation intelligence), Hyperbound (AI roleplay), Salesforce (CRM), Slack integrations
•  Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

You'll love working here because:
•    High income earning opportunities based on self-performance
•    Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
•    Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing
•    Generous global benefits

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
