Hammerspace is a fast-growing software company building the data foundation for the AI era. We are changing how organizations access, move, and use unstructured data by eliminating data silos and creating a single, high-performance data environment across sites, clouds, and storage systems—so AI, GPUs, HPC, and data-intensive applications can operate at full speed.
Our technology combines a high-performance parallel global file system with intelligent data orchestration to make data available wherever compute needs it, without disruptive migrations or infrastructure lock-in. The result is faster AI pipelines, higher GPU utilization, quicker time-to-insight, and a radically simpler way for researchers, developers, and enterprises to put their data to work.

The Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for managing and facilitating programs that help our GTM teams ramp faster, continuously develop their skills, and execute more effectively.

This role will support key Enablement programs across onboarding, ongoing learning, certifications, sales methodology, communications, partner enablement, and field readiness. The ideal candidate is a strong program manager and facilitator who can take initiatives from concept through execution, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and measurable outcomes.

Success in this role means creating structured, scalable Enablement experiences that make it easier for our teams to learn, stay informed, develop their skills, and perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage core Sales Enablement programs, including new hire onboarding, ongoing learning, certifications, field communications, and recurring Enablement sessions.
  • Design and continuously improve role-based onboarding and learning experiences for Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, BD, Alliances, and other GTM audiences.
  • Develop instructor-led and self-paced learning experiences, including courses, workshops, learning paths, knowledge checks, and certifications.
  • Manage recurring Enablement programs and events, including planning, content development, SME coordination, facilitation, communications, and follow-through.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, RevOps, Channel, and other subject matter experts to identify field needs and translate them into effective Enablement programs.
  • Support sales methodology, messaging, product readiness, competitive positioning, partner readiness, and other field development initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize Enablement platforms, learning systems, content repositories, and supporting processes.
  • Create and maintain Enablement content, playbooks, guides, templates, presentations, and other field resources.
  • Gather field feedback and use it to identify gaps, prioritize Enablement needs, and continuously improve programs.
  • Measure program effectiveness through participation, completion, comprehension, adoption, feedback, and business impact where possible.
  • Leverage AI and modern productivity tools to improve content development, program execution, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning and Development, or related GTM experience.
  • Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong instructional design and adult learning fundamentals.
  • Experience building and managing onboarding, ongoing learning, certifications, or sales readiness programs.
  • Comfortable facilitating live sessions and communicating with audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Strong written communication and content development skills.
  • Ability to take complex or technical information and turn it into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to independently move programs from idea to execution.
  • Curious, coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise or technical B2B sales organizations.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning technology.
  • Experience with sales methodology, sales process, onboarding, certification, or partner enablement programs.
  • Experience developing learning for multiple GTM roles and levels of technical depth.
  • Familiarity with CRM, content management, and Enablement platforms.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and Enablement workflows.
  • Experience measuring Enablement effectiveness and connecting programs to field behavior and business outcomes.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
