Position Title:
Manager, Growth Enablement

Company Overview:
Do you enjoy making a difference in a child's life, transforming education, and evolving learning? Come join Teachstone, the interaction company! Teachstone® was founded in 2008 to deliver the Classroom Assessment Scoring System® (CLASS®) nationwide and around the globe. Developed through years of research, the CLASS observation tool measures the interactions between teachers and children, which have been shown to drive learning and lifelong achievement. Teachstone helps organizations conduct classroom observations and provides professional development so that teachers improve, and children learn more. Our online subscription service, CLASS® Quality Improvement Subscription, simplifies CLASS implementation by combining observation data with a robust library of CLASS resources and professional development.

At Teachstone, everything we do is about improving the ways teachers interact with their students. We train coaches and observers, build and deliver online support programs, and design professional development – all of it grounded in one proven fact: the interactions teachers have with students have a lasting impact on their academic and developmental success. By helping educators describe, measure, and improve their interactions and relationships with students, Teachstone is transforming education nationwide, one interaction at a time.

Role Overview:
The Manager, Growth Enablement strengthens the capabilities and performance of our Growth team—including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Policy, and Strategy—by developing onboarding programs, maintaining enablement tools and content, and driving adoption of consistent systems and processes. This role is both strategic and hands-on, building scalable infrastructure and resources that help colleagues succeed throughout the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is structured, empathetic, and collaborative. You can translate insights into solutions, coach others across teams, and strategically phase enablement initiatives—building foundational systems first, then layering in more complex programs as the team matures. You’ll help foster a culture of continuous learning and shared accountability.

As the Growth organization evolves, this role may shift or expand over the next year based on infrastructure needs and team specialization. We could consider adding future KPIs to this role, such as new hire time to productivity or adoption rates of tools and processes.

Role Responsibilities:

Growth Onboarding & Training

  • Design and manage shared onboarding experiences across Growth teams
  • Coordinate and deliver training on products, tools, and processes
  • Develop learning resources in multiple formats (live, recorded, self-paced)
  • Maintain training calendars and feedback loops to improve programs

Content & Resource Enablement

  • Create and maintain an organized library of enablement resources (e.g., playbooks, scripts, messaging guides)
  • Translate go-to-market and product changes into usable tools for Growth roles
  • Establish content standards and best practices to ensure usability and accuracy

Tool Adoption & Process Support

  • Support team understanding and use of shared systems such as Salesforce and Highspot
  • Reinforce best practices and consistency through documentation and coaching
  • Collaborate with Growth Operations to remove barriers and scale enablement solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support onboarding, messaging and enablement across Growth roles including BDRs, AEs, PDMs, PSMs and others throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Growth Operations on launch readiness, onboarding logistics and system enablement
  • Ensure internal alignment on messaging, training, and campaign readiness
  • Gather feedback and iterate on enablement tools and experiences

Role Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting revenue-facing teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Policy)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement and onboarding programs
  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Highspot, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Skilled at phasing enablement work strategically by building foundational systems before layering on complex cross-team initiatives
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize feedback to improve performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in education or edtech
  • Background in enablement, learning and development, or instructional design
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and customer success practices

What We Offer:

Fair, Competitive Pay:
We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don’t influence your pay.
Salary Range: $93,100-$116,400 determined by your experience and skills.

Comprehensive Benefits:
Medical/dental, 401(k), PTO, insurance, development opportunities. Details provided at offer. Eligibility depends on your role and employment status.

Ready to Make a Difference?

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
