WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create, plan, organize, and deliver engaging and effective training programs to support the stages of the sales process at HCSS
- Design and develop new Sales Training courses including, but not limited to - interactive instructor led training courses and, reinforcement exercise
- Refine, align and reinforce ValueSelling to drive consistent, scalable results across the sales team
- Support the design and participate in the delivery of new hire sales onboarding
- Provide deal-specific training, including, but not limited to: pre-call coaching, post-call review, product demonstrations, role plays & Deal Reviews
- Work with sales leadership to gather business requirements and devise strategies that drive go-to-market processes and sales productivity improvements
- Execute targeted programs to drive business through new logo acquisition, customer expansion and cross-sell/upsell targets
- Support the planning, content development and execution of Sales events, as needed
- Create and refine a data driven, analytic framework to identify gaps and evaluate the success of training programs
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, sales and/or sales management preferably at a SaaS or technology organization with the demonstrated ability to transfer skills to a group and/or individuals
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and virtual training abilities
- Ability to multitask, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
- Project management skills, to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaboration skills to build and foster relationships with team members at all levels
- Experience with content management systems, sales enablement tools, and learning management systems
- Knowledge and understanding of instructional design process, program design principles, and practices
- Highly skilled in using tools and technical knowledge to analyze data to develop insights and make decisions and drive actions based on those insights
- Curiosity, can-do attitude, conviction, confidence, coachability
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of and experience training to sales methodologies; Familiarity with ValueSelling and Vortex training is a plus
- Construction industry experience is a plus
