About the role
This role is focused on driving strategic engagement with hyperscale, AI infrastructure, and next-generation datacenter operators as Enphase expands into advanced datacenter power conversion solutions. You will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for developing executive relationships, influencing future datacenter power architectures, and helping shape go-to-market strategy for emerging high-density power infrastructure solutions. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of power systems, AI infrastructure, and next-generation energy technology. The ideal candidate combines enterprise sales experience, technical credibility, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments across hyperscalers, GPU cloud providers, colocation operators, and broader datacenter ecosystems.
What you will do
- Own and drive strategic account engagement, growth, and revenue across Tier 1 hyperscalers, GPU cloud providers, and emerging AI infrastructure operators
- Position Enphase technologies as key enablers of next-generation AI infrastructure and high-density datacenter environments
- Drive strategic engagement and adoption of Enphase solutions across target accounts
- Build and manage executive relationships across engineering, infrastructure, procurement, and datacenter planning organizations
- Influence next-generation datacenter power architectures through engagement with executive, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align platform capabilities with customer requirements for large-scale deployments (>50 MW)
- Help shape commercialization strategy, market positioning, and ecosystem partnerships for emerging datacenter power solutions
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to help inform product roadmap and business strategy
Who you are and what you bring
- BS degree or higher in Engineering or closely related discipline preferred
- 15+ years in strategic sales or business development within datacenter power infrastructure, electrical systems, or energy conversion technologies
- Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure and power systems; experience with medium voltage systems, power electronics, UPS, PDUs, liquid cooling, or related electrical infrastructure preferred
- Ability to engage credibly with both executive leadership and highly technical engineering teams
- Track record of negotiating and structuring complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- Ability to travel as required for customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and industry events
The OTE range for this role is $235,000 to $405,500 per year and may vary based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for equity, and benefits, with final compensation determined in accordance with applicable laws and internal equity.
