About this role
Reflexai is seeking a talented and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for high-achieving individuals to develop valuable sales skills, build a strong professional network, and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing tech company. You'll work closely with experienced sales leaders and have the opportunity to rapidly advance your career with our focus on promoting from within.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media. Conduct market research and build prospect lists.
  • Schedule product demonstrations. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Hubspot. Track key metrics and report on progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Industry Player activities, and best practices in sales.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements for a great fit

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and overcome challenges, and find creative solutions.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
