Position Overview:

FastSpring is looking for a self-driven, coachable, and relentlessly curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing North American / Latin American (NALA) sales team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our presence in the NALA regions, which offers incredible chances to learn, grow, and drive revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach in industries navigating the complexities of global eCommerce, such as SaaS, software, gaming, and digital products.

This is a great opportunity to be mentored in tech sales while learning the processes and systems that will help you develop and master your sales techniques. Confident communication, resilience, a desire to learn, and energy for connecting with potential customers are all key to success in this role.

This position is remote, with limited travel expected for tradeshows, in-person team onsites and events.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

  • Own your pipeline: Proactively generate awareness and interest in FastSpring’s platform across global markets, focusing on SaaS, software, gaming, and digital product industries.
  • Execute with consistency: Run creative, high-quality outbound campaigns using cold calls, personalized emails, video, and social channels to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate for success: Partner closely with Account Executives to schedule and hand off high-quality meetings that align with target customer profiles and strategic priorities.
  • Stay organized and accountable: Use Salesforce daily to track activity, manage lead pipeline stages, and maintain accurate, well-documented prospect data.
  • Be a student of the game: Apply strong communication and influencing skills to identify buying signals, uncover customer pain points, and experiment with new prospecting techniques.
  • Own your growth: Actively seek feedback, embrace coaching, and continuously refine your approach to improve results.
  • Represent FastSpring: Attend select virtual and in-person events to expand awareness and build relationships in key regions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of quota-carrying lead generation experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of generating net new pipeline through cold calls, email, and social media.
  • Growth mindset, ability to grow and learn from others, and quickly assimilate ongoing feedback.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business proficiency in English (required); intermediate written Spanish (a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay accountable to goals
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Self-starter and the ability to work independently; capable of staying focused in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Curious mindset and strong problem-solving ability; calm and focused under pressure.
  • Genuine interest in payments, gaming, eCommerce software, or digital business models.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where initiative is rewarded.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, GSuite products and other common sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the payments industry.
  • Experience within the gaming industry.
  • Spanish language fluency.

This role carries a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000/ year.

The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). In addition, FastSpring provides a variety of benefits to employees.
