The Sales Development Representative will engage prospects through calls, emails, and social platforms, research accounts, and book meetings for Account Executives, while exceeding pipeline creation targets.

Location: US Remote
Salary: 50,000–$70,000 base per year, depending on experience and location. Target based commission will be included in the total compensation package.
Visas: We are unable to sponsor work visas for this role, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.
Interview Schedule: 30-minute initial call with the hiring manager, and up to three 30-minute calls with key stakeholders of the role, followed by an offer pending references. The estimated interview time commitment is 2-3 hours.
Please note that, due to the nature of our work in the financial services industry, the selected candidate will be subject to background and reference checks as part of the onboarding process.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage and track outreach activities in the SalesLoft and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve messaging and processes.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly pipeline creation targets
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or related field (internships count).
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated by hitting targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
