We are looking for an ambitious and creative Sales Development Representative (SDR) with SaaS sales experience to help drive our next phase of growth. As an SDR, you will focus on high volume prospecting, opportunity generation, and qualification to support our Account Executives in achieving their quota goals. There are tremendous growth opportunities within the HHAeXchange sales organization. You will have a chance to learn and develop your sales skills and grow into more senior positions across the organization as you gain experience and achieve higher levels of performance.

Essential Job Duties

  • Conduct prospecting campaigns that include outbound cold call and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities 
  • Engage with our free Portal Customers to identify challenges and generate upsell opportunities
  • Seamlessly handle prospect objections and educate them on HHAeXchange, homecare industry best practices, and any upcoming state or federal mandates
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to ideate, manage and execute campaigns
  • Represent HHAeXchange at targeted conferences and industry events to help drive awareness and build pipeline (less than 10%)
  • Become a subject matter expert by researching trends and best practices, reading industry publications, seeking out learning opportunities, and utilizing internal training resources

Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling to first-time technology buyers
  • Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face in the homecare industry
  • Able to travel to conferences and industry events as necessary 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Bonus: Experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industry
  • Bonus: Experience with SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, WorkRamp

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $70,000 - $75,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
 
This is a benefits-eligible position. HHAeXchange offers competitive health plans, paid time-off, company paid holidays, 401K retirement program with a Company elected match, including other company sponsored programs.
