This is a remote, full-time W2 contract role requiring strong communication, outbound sales experience, CRM familiarity, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help grow a curated portfolio of premium short-term rental properties across North America. You'll be on the front line of outreach - identifying, researching, and engaging high-caliber property owners who meet strict quality and design standards, then connecting qualified prospects with our internal acquisition team to move them toward onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new premium property partners using a defined ideal customer profile (ICP), leveraging both provided and self-sourced lead databases
- Execute outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and social media to engage property owners across North America
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing prospect intent and verifying properties meet program standards
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the internal acquisition team to facilitate onboarding
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM
- Track luxury real estate trends across key North American markets to continuously refine prospecting strategy
Qualifications
Required:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting - ideally within travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft)
- Comfortable working across North American time zones
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English fluency required
