Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Bitwave is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.  This role will be primarily focused around researching target accounts in your territory and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media.

As a Sales Development Representative٫ you should showcase excellent communication and sales skills. You should be interested in working in a fast paced, startup environment and be passionate about the blockchain industry.

Ultimately٫ you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain superb company-client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup discovery meetings with qualified new logo prospects
  • Qualify leads from marketing activities as sales opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Bitwave’s solutions and keep updated on upcoming product releases and industry trends
  • Conduct compelling high-level conversations with targeted prospects by effectively articulating Bitwave’s unique value proposition
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver to the sales team to further accelerate revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting of all activities

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a prior SDR role, preferably in FinTech or SaaS
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with an SDR tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav is a plus)
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus 
  • You should have a deep interest in blockchain technology and crypto (DeFi, NFTs, web3)
