WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner closely with marketing to design and run multi-channel, ABM-informed campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Own our MQLs to Opportunity pipeline — from initial MQL through nurturing to SQL you’ll focusing on meetings booked and subsequent pipeline & revenue generated.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot + Salesforce workflows for tracking performance and measuring data, and optimizing our processes to maintain good data hygiene over time.
- Spot gaps in our current tooling, workflows, or process — and build what’s missing or what will give us the leading edge. E.g. integrating data enrichment tools, managing and SDR AI agent to scale what's working, unique prospecting data.
- Rapidly test and refine personalized outbound, marketing campaign follow-ups, and sales support programs.
- Run high-quality discovery calls that convert interest into qualified opportunities maintaining up to date on
- Be the connective tissue across sales and marketing — ensuring clear, value-driven narratives across the funnel
- Track performance and meet your quarterly metrics — from MQL → SAL → opportunity → pipeline → revenue.
WHO YOU ARE
- Have 1-5 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience (not just SaaS — you get ABM and can flex across multiple GTM motions.
- Are fluent in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and modern sales tools — and know how to bend them to your will.
- You are a strong communicator, can pitch and write emails, cold calls that are on-brand and memorable.
- You can navigate a complex sales cycle, technical products and large organization and drive work forward with imperfect information and insight.
- Have demonstrated experience managing and interpreting marketing and sales data — and use it to make decisions and steer outreach strategies, and interpret results.
- You have demonstrated experience identifying opportunities and adopting cutting edge tools to enhance team performance and automate your workflows.
- You are a cross-functional team player able to build relationships and successful workflows across your core collaborators: Sales teams, marketing operations, growth marketing, design and product.
- Are natively using AI across your workflows: email, lead research, sequencing, personalization, reporting balancing speed and quality.
- Are hungry to find better tools and faster ways to convert pipeline — and always experimenting.
- Can build diversified playbooks — not just rely on one “winning” cold email, you test iteratively.
- You have a high bar for quality but can balance quality and outcomes to achieve your goals.
- Are energized by targets, performance dashboards, and leaderboard pressure — but driven by teamwork and excellence.
Success In This Role Looks Like
- High MQL → SAL → opportunity conversion rates
- Meaningful revenue contribution and strong MQL to SQL conversion rate.
- Outperforming quarterly meeting and outreach targets
- A scalable MQL nurturing engine that consistently generates pipeline and is actively iterating.
- A playbook of repeatable, data-driven SDR campaigns
