The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help bring our vision to life by connecting with marketers and showing them why partnering with creators is essential. You’ll be instrumental in generating interest and excitement about #paid, ensuring that prospects see the value we bring.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute an outreach plan to engage target prospects
- Partner with the sales team to identify and map out key accounts
- Qualify leads to ensure we’re targeting the right audience and iterate with the team based on feedback
- Create and deliver compelling messaging that resonates with prospects
- Work collaboratively to refine cadences, messaging, and outreach tactics
- Stay curious and continuously learn about marketing at consumer brands to better understand our customers
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and align on target accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including meetings booked, opportunities created, and outreach effectiveness
- Travel to assigned territories to meet prospects and attend #paid events
To be successful, you'll need to
- Understand our customers better than anyone and identify their hidden desires and fears
- Take initiative and be resourceful, finding solutions for building cadences, crafting messages, and creating content
- Demonstrate resilience and persevere through challenges to build consistency in messaging and tactics
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and in conversations.
- Show us how you’d be a great sales development representative—not just by applying, but by prospecting us the way you would a potential client
- Familiarity with or a willingness to learn tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo and Linkedin Navigator
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to keep messaging relevant
