As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first human connection for leaders seeking real change. Your role is to show up with presence, curiosity, and discipline, creating space for honest, high-level conversations that lead to clarity and momentum. This isn’t about pushing outcomes or chasing quick wins; it’s about asking sharp questions, listening deeply, and guiding the right people toward the next step with confidence and care. The impact of your work is tangible: when done well, you help founders make better decisions, reclaim focus, and move their businesses forward in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage warm inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email

  • Lead structured discovery conversations focused on business goals, challenges, and readiness

  • Ask sharp, thoughtful questions that help founders articulate what success looks like

  • Qualify prospects for alignment, decision-making ability, and growth stage

  • Schedule high-quality conversations for the Closer team

  • Maintain clean CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline organization

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality

  • Participate in daily huddles, coaching, and continuous training

  • Ramp-up speed driven by how fast knowledge gaps are closed

  • Experience in SDR, setter, client intake, or consultative sales roles

  • Exposure to private equity, consulting, or institutional sales is a plus

  • Values structure, accountability, and clean systems

  • Coachable, growth-oriented, and aligned with a mission-driven organization

How Success Is Measured

  • Consistent engagement with inbound prospects

  • Strong alignment between booked conversations and closed outcomes

  • Sustainable performance over 60–90 day periods

  • Clear communication, follow-through, and pipeline ownership

  • Daily Outreach Quota Met: Engage all assigned leads via SMS, email, and DMs within 5 minutes of inquiry

  • 50%+ Qualified Show Rate: Bookings consistently show up and are a strong, values-aligned fit

  • 20–25 Booked Calls Per Week: Qualified meetings scheduled for the Closer team from warm inbound leads

  • Continuous improvement through coaching and feedback
