Sorting Robotics Inc. is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for pipeline generation and setting up demos for the Account Executives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching possible customers and filling the top of the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospects and coordinate demo schedules.
- Follow up with prospects after demos to answer questions and facilitate next steps.
- Build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles that are tech based or preferably robotics.
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry at any professional level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling and engaging presentations.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using a CRM system is required.
- Must be willing to travel for robot demos and industry events.
- All employees are required to have had a minimum of 2 doses of the Covid-19-SARS-2 vaccine with proof of vaccination. Masks and gloves are available for all employees at no cost.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Onsite
