Responsibilities
The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
- Ensure sales goals are attained
- Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
- Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications- 2-3 years Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
The California salary pay range for this position is $140,000.00 - $220,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
