Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. This multi-faceted role is essential in supporting both our customers and sales team, performing a variety of duties such as managing inventory orders, invoicing, and resolving inquiries or issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.

What you would be responsible for: 

Order Management - Oversee the full order-to-cash process using NetSuite ERP, including order entry, invoicing, credit memos, and resolution of billing discrepancies.

Collaboration - Partner with Finance, Pricing, and other internal teams to streamline workflows for order processing and account management.

Customer and Surgeon Setup - Ensure smooth addition of new surgeons and healthcare facilities into company systems to facilitate seamless product access.

Point of Contact - Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries via phone and email.

Issue Resolution - Respond to and resolve product- or service-related issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Distributor Onboarding - Support new distributors by integrating them into systems and ensuring efficient operational collaboration.

Inventory Management - Place inventory orders for customers, distributors, and employees while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Sales Analysis - Assist with sales and inventory reporting, contributing actionable insights for decision-making.

Returns & Credits - Manage product returns and credits in alignment with departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 

• Three (3) years’ experience in a team-focused office setting supporting a sales team 

• Medical device experience or knowledge a plus
