The Sales Support Coordinator is a critical member of the Commercial Sales organization, helping sales teams across the U.S. and Canada stay focused on selling by providing essential operational, administrative, and project support. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple business partners, build valuable business knowledge, and make a direct impact on sales productivity and customer success.
What you’ll be doing:
Support Commercial Sales teams with reporting, presentations, onboarding activities, account maintenance, forms processing, and operational requests.
Serve as a liaison between sales and internal departments including Marketing, Pricing, HR, SDS, Risk Management, and Reporting.
Create and edit customer business reviews, presentations, and supporting reports.
Generate and analyze reports using Salesforce, Power BI, Apollo, CSS, and related systems.
Assist with account setup changes, SKU and pricing lookups, and customer support activities.
Coordinate meetings, events, conferences, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives.
Manage ordering of supplies, marketing materials, and customer samples.
Support onboarding activities, access requests, and I-9 related processes.
Track assets, PTO utilization, and other team operational needs.
Complete additional projects and assignments that drive sales effectiveness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related business environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting a distributed sales organization.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
Experience creating reports, presentations, and data analysis.
Familiarity with Power BI and commercial sales support tools.
Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
