- Answering questions, offering test drives, and negotiating sales prices.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the dealership's inventory and staying informed about market trends.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet individual and dealership sales targets.
- Using the dealership's CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Participating in marketing initiatives, preparing vehicles for sale, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Hospitality Quotient (HQ): Must demonstrate a high HQ, which includes kindness, optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in sales or hospitality experience is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly is also a plus.
- Mindset: Must be self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets. A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
