What You’ll Do
  • Build lasting relationships by helping guests find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle
  • Deliver an exceptional, hospitality-based buying experience every time
  • Negotiate all aspects of the sale, including price, financing, and trade-in value, to secure the final purchase agreement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals (12–15+ units/month)
  • Master digital tools for lead follow-up and CRM compliance (100%)
  • Collaborate with your teammates and F&I partners to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success
  • Assist with general tasks such as preparing vehicles for sale, adhering to all dealership policies, and participating in marketing or community events as needed
What You Bring
  • A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and teamwork
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills — both online and in person
  • A self-starter mindset with the drive to learn and grow
  • Sales or hospitality experience preferred (automotive experience not required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
