Job Description:

Kerr has an opening within its Sales Operations team based out of our Brea, CA facility.  We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to support our sales team by managing and optimizing our sales compensation programs. In this role, you will analyze commission structures, track sales performance, and ensure accurate and timely compensation payouts. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to drive efficiency and fairness in our incentive programs, helping to align compensation with business objectives.  You will also be responsible for maintaining our product, territory and account mapping in our data warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate calculation and payout of commissions and bonuses.
  •  Analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation structures and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to develop and refine commission models incentive programs and targets.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales compensation trends, quota attainment, and earnings analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding sales compensation.
  • Support sales representatives with inquiries related to their compensation, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Work with HR and Payroll to process commission payments accurately and on time.
  • Manage and maintain sales data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and consistency in reporting and modeling.
  • Maintain product, territory and account mapping in Data Warehouse.
  • Maintain a comprehensive onboarding process for new sales representative’s access to Tableau and CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Experience with BI platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively develop solutions for improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects at time.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
