The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with contracts and pricing structures, and enjoys collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract & Pricing Management

  • Ensure each contract revision is properly documented and distributed through the company’s digital contract platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract versions and pricing changes.

Sales Support

  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms.
  • Assist with contract renewals, amendments, and pricing updates across hotel portfolios.
  • Help track contract execution and ensure timely completion of agreements.

Billing & Finance Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and Finance to investigate and resolve invoice and billing inquiries.
  • Assist customers with billing questions and coordinate internally to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Help reconcile contract terms with invoicing and payment records where discrepancies occur.

Customer & Internal Communication

  • Communicate contract updates and documentation requirements to hotel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure a smooth contracting process.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed.

Operational Support

  • Support reporting and tracking of contract activity and property-level changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes around contracting and billing workflows.

Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, contract administration, account management support, or sales support, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or hospitality technology.
  • Experience working with customer contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contract updates simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management or e-signature platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with hotel groups, property management companies, or hospitality technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, ACH transactions, card payments, or card authorization workflows.
  • Exposure to subscription pricing models or SaaS contracts.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
