PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To perform cashiering functions and process and/or evaluate, price, and sell donated goods.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

High school diploma or GED desired, but not required.  Prior retail and cashiering experience required.  Ability to understand and speak English well enough to work effectively with customers, supervisor, and co-workers.  Ability to stand for 7-8 hours a day. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Effective interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable, but not required.  Ability to work overtime as required. 

WORK DEVICES/MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT USED:

Uses cash register, telephone, computer, adding machine, hangers, racks, pens/pencils, forms/paper, pricing gun, office supplies, ladder, flat bed cart, cages, racks, totes, dollies, apron, mask, cleaning materials, broom, mop, and various other store supplies and moving equipment.


SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM
Sunday: Off (currently closed on Sundays but may open in the future)
