Summary

The Sales and Education Executive for Los Angeles region will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing educational strategies for our global fragrance business. You will cultivate a deep connection between KAYALI and local communities, transforming the way people perceive and interact with fragrances. By developing innovative educational programs and fostering partnerships with our retailers, you'll bring the art and science of perfumery to life for diverse audiences. Your expertise will not only drive sales growth but also inspire a new generation of fragrance enthusiasts and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Americas region

• Ensure that KAYALI products are visually present and aligned to brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Manage relationships with key accounts and partners to expand business opportunities Education and Training:

• Interview and oversee the recruitment of Beauty Advisors/temporary staff.

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales staff and beauty advisors

• Develop educational materials on product knowledge, brand history, and sales techniques

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance team performance

Team Management:

• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations for team members

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of annual budget forecasts and strategic plans

• Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in sales and education roles within the fragrance or luxury goods industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and implementing successful training programs

• Proven experience working within Sephora

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Fluency in English, Spanish, French

• Extensive travel across KAYALI markets required

• In-depth knowledge of the fragrance industry and market trends

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams

• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work across diverse markets
