Boutique Customer Experience:
- Driving to meet and exceed daily sales goals.
- Providing an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
- Maintaining awareness of all store promotions.
- Capturing customer emails to grow future business.
- Answering all customer inquiries and sharing product information.
Boutique Visual Standards and Operational Excellence:
- Assisting with completion of boutique opening and closing checklists.
- Maintaining company brand standards by ensuring a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and back room.
- Executing all visual directives and schematics to ensure the floor is set properly and timely.
- Remaining conscience of all loss prevention procedures and shrink activities.
Field Sales and Education:
- Conducting scheduled in-store selling and education shifts at assigned locations as needed.
- Building relationships with store leadership and beauty advisors.
- Educating associates on Pixi product benefits, routines, and selling strategies.
- Supporting customers alongside store teams to drive conversion and basket growth.
- Ensuring merchandising standards, tester hygiene, and signage accuracy.
- Capturing and escalating execution issues with clear documentation.
- Submitting visit recap with photos and actions within 24 hours.
- Participating in a weekly one-on-one touch base call with your manager to review store activity, escalate issues, and align on priorities.
Customer Care:
- Assisting and responding to the needs of customers promptly via different and changing platforms.
- Providing and maintaining an exceptional and consistent customer service experience.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Establishing long-term relationships with customers, offering personalised world-class service and recommendations.
- Seamlessly solving customer pain-points and challenges, seeing each interaction as an opportunity to create a lasting customer relationship and build brand loyalty.
- Anticipating the future needs of the customer by proactively recommending other products that would make a positive impact in their life.
- Retaining a high level of knowledge and familiarity with Pixi and POP products, regimens, prices, product specifications, policies, and more to communicate efficiently to customer resulting in a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Diligently tracking and communicating customer issues, waitlists, concerns, and recommendations.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to internal team.
- Embodying and articulating Pixi Beauty’s brand values within all customer interactions.
