Position Description:

At PAR we're helping the world's most recognizable restaurant brands turn guest engagement into lasting loyalty. As the leading restaurant loyalty and marketing platform, we empower enterprise brands to create seamless omnichannel experiences that drive customer retention, frequency, and revenue.

We're looking for an Sales Account Manager to own and expand relationships within our largest customer accounts. In this highly visible role, you'll lead complex enterprise renewals, uncover growth opportunities, and partner with executive stakeholders to maximize the value our customers receive from Punchh.

Success in this position requires a strategic, commercially minded professional who thrives in executive-level conversations, navigates complex negotiations with confidence, and enjoys turning strong customer partnerships into long-term business growth. Position Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Reports To: Sr. Director, Sales Account Management

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals, strategic account management, or customer growth within a SaaS environment required

  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or QSR software or technology is a must, if that experience also includes loyalty, marketing, or adjacent customer engagement platforms, that's a major plus.

  • Proven success leading complex, high-value renewals and expansion opportunities with critical PAR customers.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships and negotiate with VP and C-level stakeholders.

  • Skilled in navigating complex contract negotiations, multi-year agreements, and commercial discussions that drive retention and revenue growth.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging CRM tools and customer insights to inform account strategy and renewal planning.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and approaches challenges with flexibility, ownership, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning:

Drive Customer Retention & Growth
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of customers, protecting and growing recurring revenue.

  • Negotiate complex agreements that deliver value for both customers and PAR while maximizing long-term account growth.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed retention, renewal, and expansion objectives.

Serve as a Strategic Partner
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and become a key advisor on loyalty, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Guide renewal conversations that align Punchh solutions with evolving business goals and priorities.

Unlock Expansion Opportunities
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Partner across Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to bring new solutions and value-added capabilities to customers.

Collaborate Across the Business
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Finance to create exceptional customer experiences and successful renewal outcomes.

  • Help ensure customer feedback, product innovation, and commercial strategy remain tightly aligned.

Use Insights to Drive Strategy
  • Leverage customer data, usage trends, and market intelligence to strengthen retention strategies and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to continuously refine your approach.
